What kinds of disputes do you handle most frequently (e.g. breach of contract, construction, business disputes, fiduciary duty)?

I focus my practice on resolving complex commercial disputes, with a significant emphasis on the construction industry. More than half of my work involves representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in high‑stakes construction cases—often involving payment disputes, delay claims, defect allegations, and arbitration under industry‑standard contracts.
A substantial portion of my practice is dedicated to business, shareholder, and breach‑of‑contract disputes. These cases often involve the breakdown of commercial relationships, disputes over corporate control, and the enforcement or defense of significant agreements.
I also regularly handle breach‑of‑fiduciary‑duty matters in a variety of contexts, including claims against corporate officers, partners, trustees, and guardians.
The balance of my work covers a range of commercial matters, from representing plaintiffs in foreclosure actions to defending class actions, as well as advising businesses proactively to avoid litigation through sound governance and strategic planning.
