Smith Campbell, PA Announces Tina M. Smith as Equity Member of the Board of Directors

Smith Campbell is proud to recognize Tina M. Smith as an Equity Member of the Board of Directors, joining shareholders Phil Smith, Christina Campbell, and Daniel Kersey in guiding the firm’s continued growth and leadership.

A Central Florida native born in Leesburg, Tina brings a broad legal background and a strong commitment to client service to the firm’s leadership team. At Smith Campbell, she serves as the lead attorney for the firm’s Real Estate Department, overseeing both residential and commercial closings and helping clients navigate complex real estate transactions with confidence.

In addition to managing the firm’s closing operations, Tina assists clients with business formation and transactional matters, helping entrepreneurs structure their ventures and supporting real estate acquisitions connected to those businesses. Her practical, solutions-focused approach has made her a trusted resource for individuals, investors, and business owners.

Tina earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2011. She began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Fifth Judicial Circuit, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation before transitioning into private practice.

Her legal experience spans a wide range of matters, including real estate transactions, title claims, construction disputes, land use matters, HOA and condominium association issues, estate planning, probate, and business transactions.

Beyond her work with clients, Tina remains active within the legal and local communities. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Neighborhood Center of South Lake and DreamFlight USA. She is a member of several sections of The Florida Bar, including Real Property, Probate & Trust Law, Business Law, and Environmental & Land Use. She is also a member of the Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys Council and the Lake County Bar Association.
